           50 n FIT

A 50 second workout with a 10 second recovery as well as a combination of TRX, weights and steps. Sure to shred and tone all in one class! 

 

           TRX
TRX is a total-body training system that allows you to do all sorts of exercises using your body weight. You build your core, strength, balance, agility and power. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises. A great interval fitness program to help you meet your goals!  
           CIRCUIT/SCULPTING

A 60 minute class for all shapes, sizes and abilities which includes cardio conditioning, strength training and core development. A great interval fitness program to help you meet your goals!  

           KETTLEBELL AMPD

Kettlebell AMPD is a whole-body workout, choreographed to music, that focuses on specific areas such as arms, legs, core, and cardio. Each song concentrates on a main area, while still maintaining a whole-body routine. Kettlebells are for all fitness levels from beginners to elite and there are always modifications. 

 

           YOGA

Breathing techniques, exercise and meditation to help improve health and happiness. 

           BARRE FITNESS
A workout class with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches.Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements.
